Copenhagen
One of the largest early maturing ball-head type cabbages. The Copenhagen Market Cabbage produces heavy yields of 3-4 lb heads, which are resistant to bursting. Very hardy, and adapts well to a variety of climates. Copenhagen Market compact growth lends well to small garden spaces. Attractive, blue-green heads are high quality, the standard for commercial cabbages developed since it’s introduction to the market.
