For Crumble and Crust:
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ground almonds
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
10 T unsalted butter - cold and cut into cubes
1/2 cup honey
1 large egg yolk
1 T cold water
