Cilantro (Coriandrum sativum)
Coriandrum sativum is a fast-growing annual in the family Apiaceae, with two common names, the leaves are the herb cilantro, and the seeds are the spice coriander. It is also known as Chinese parsley or dhania. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most traditionally used in cooking.
